For a Mercedes-Benz commercial shooting we constructed a kinetic light installation that simulated the fast movement of the car.

While maintaining the industrial neon tube aesthetics our custom-made LED light elements could be controlled and animated individually.

The lights represent both the urban environment in an abstract way and the movement of the car by changing the relation of object and surrounding through animation.
